General Sales Terms and Conditions

Orders

• All orders must be made in writting by email, letter or fax.
• You may not cancel the order once issued, or if it involves a special product, once manufacturing has begun.
• DOCRILUC reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who have failed previous contracts.

Prices

• Prices are recommended for retail. They are listed in Euros and are exempts of taxes.

Transportation and packaging

• Goods will be sent under carriage paid conditions (Spanish territory, excepting Ceuta, Melilla, Canary & Balear islands).
• The reissues are at risk and cost of the buyer.
• All equipments include individual packaging.

Warranty

• According to the certificate of each product.

Returns

• Returns will not be accepted, unless DOCRILUC, S.L. accept it.
• In any case, goods must be sent free of freight cost.

Terms of payment

• Before giving credit to a customer, all operations will be paid in advance.
• In case that payment will not be done in the agreed maturity, customer will assume the return postage and / or costs of delay.

PArts and accesories

• All parts will be sent carriage due, good refunds are not allowed unless Technical Support Service (TSS) authorize it.

Domain

• All unpaid merchandise, still belonging to DOCRILUC. 

Jurisdiction

• In this case, Lucena's courts in Córdoba are competent.

Information

• DOCRILUC, S.L. reserves the right to make any necessary amendment / improvement without notice and without detriment to the product's features.
• The customer is required to provide, on his own, the necessary means for the reception of the goods.
